Cake & Cupcake Menu

Our cakes are baked fresh to order, and so we prefer one week’s notice if you wish to place a custom order. We carry a variety of 6″ cakes at all times for walk-in service. You may choose a cake from this menu, or we can work with you to create any flavor combination you desire. We have an expert cake decorator on staff, Elaine, who has been decorating cakes for over 20 years after graduating from Newbury College with a Culinary Degree.

Black and White Mousse

Chocolate Mousse

Carrot cake with cream cheese frosting – Contains Nuts

Coconut
Vanilla cake with rich, coconut filling topped with buttercream and coconut

Traditional
Vanilla cake with vanilla or fudge frosting, or chocolate cake with vanilla or fudge frosting topped with sprinkles

Cake Selection:

Black & White
Chocolate and white mousse sandwiched between layers of moist chocolate cake. Finished with vanilla buttercream frosting and dark and white chocolate curls

Raspberry Mousse Cake
Vanilla cake filled with raspberry mousse, covered in raspberry frosting and decorated with white chocolate curls.

Chocolate  Mousse Cake
Chocolate cake filled with dark chocolate mousse. Enrobed in chocolate glaze and chocolate curls

Lemon Mousse Cake
Yellowcake filled with lemon mousse, and finished with vanilla buttercream

Carrot Cake
A moist cake made with carrots and pineapple, filled and finished with cream cheese frosting

Chocolate Decadence
A dark, decadent flourless chocolate cake covered in chocolate glaze

 

Make Your Own Cake:

All cakes are three layers of cake and two layers of filling, except for our decadence cake which is one layer of cake and our 1/2 and full sheet cakes which are two layers of cake and one layer of filling.

Frosting Types:

Swiss Buttercream
Something different… A silky smooth, melt in your mouth frosting for the sophisticated palate

Ganache
Hey decadent mixture of fine callebaut chocolate and cream… It’s what truffles are made of!

Cream Cheese Frosting
A perfect accompaniment to our carrot and red velvet cakes

Freshly Whipped Cream
No stabilizers… Definitely delicious and beautifully light… So light, in fact, that its consistency cannot support certain custom decorations
